Bailey was born and raised in Northern California, where she discovered her passion for dance at the age of seven. She trained in hip hop and jazz for many years before expanding her training to include ballet, pointe, lyrical, modern, and musical theatre. Throughout high school, Bailey dedicated herself to dance, choreographing and performing in numerous productions while developing her leadership skills as an assistant teacher. Her commitment to the art form led her to become a Competition Coach, where she helped train and mentor dancers in both technique and performance.
In 2020, she graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Entertainment and Tourism Communications. She has experience working in the music industry as an assistant to an Artist Manager, as well as working in education, as both an English and Communications Tutor for College and Kindergarten level.
Bailey loves teaching K-Pop and Hip Hop at FOCUS and is so excited to share her love and knowledge of dance with her students. She continues to perform as a member of Team B.U.K, a Glendale-based K-pop performance and cover team. Her recent performance experience also includes dancing alongside one of her favorite K-Pop groups, Monsta X, during KCON 2025 Dream Stage at Crypto.com Arena, further highlighting her dedication to performance and the K-pop dance community.
Bailey strives to be a positive role model, encouraging young dancers to pursue their goals with passion, discipline, and confidence.
