 DRESS CODE

Dancers must wear appropriate clothing and dance shoes to each class.

 

Pre-Primary/Pre-Ballet/Ballet

Girls:

Hair in a bun.

No sports bras or bra straps to be shown in Ballet classes. In Dance, tights are considered underwear.

Leotard and Ballet Skirt: FOCUS/ABT required colors and styles sold exclusively at THE FIT

Tights: Capezio Ballet Pink

Ballet Shoes: Light Pink Canvas split sole. Style: Hanami

Boys:

Plain white T-shirt, black jazz pants, joggers or shorts

Ballet Shoes: Black Canvas split sole. Style: Hanami

 

Jr. Jazz/Jazz/Lyrical/Turns&Tech/Musical Theater

Hair in a bun or ponytail. Must be pulled back from the face.

Girls: Top--Solid colored tight-fitting (any style) | Bottom--Athletic leggings or booty shorts

Boys: Top--Solid colored T-Shirt | Bottom--Black basketball shorts, joggers, or sweats

Shoes: Boys and girls E-Series Jazz Slip Ons

Jazz/Musical Theater (Black), Lyrical (Tan), Turns & Tech (Tan or Black)

 

Jr. Tap/Tap

Hair in a bun or ponytail. Must be pulled back from the face.

Girls: Top--Solid colored, tight-fitting (any style) | Bottom--Athletic leggings or booty shorts with tights.

Boys: Top--Solid colored T-Shirt | Bottom--Black basketball shorts, joggers or sweats

Tap Shoes: Girls and Boys Black lace-up tap shoes. Style: Capezio

 

Jr. Hip Hop/Hip Hop

Hair in a bun or ponytail. Must be pulled back from the face.

Top: Loose or long, fitted tops

Bottoms: Athletic leggings, sweat pants, basketball shorts, or cargo shorts...NO JEANS

Shoes: Must tie. Non-marking rubber-soled shoes or sneakers...NO BOOTS

 

Tumbling/Acro/Stretch and Conditioning

Hair in a bun or ponytail. Must be pulled back from the face.

Girls: Top--Solid colored, tight-fitting (any style) | Bottom: Athletic leggings or booty shorts

Boys: Top--Solid colored T-Shirt | Bottom--Black basketball shorts, joggers, or sweats
