Adi Pollack

Instructor Adi Pollack began dancing at the age of ten, training extensively in classical ballet, modern/contemporary, and jazz. She later performed professionally with Fresco Dance Company and earned her B.A. in Education and Dance. With over two decades of teaching experience in both high schools and private studios, Adi brings a profound understanding of movement, technique, and artistry to every class.

Beyond her dance expertise, Adi is a certified yoga instructor and yoga therapist with more than 15 years of teaching experience. Her classes beautifully integrate her passions for dance and yoga, blending creativity, mindfulness, and joy. Adi is delighted to be part of the FOCUS Dance Center faculty and finds great fulfillment in inspiring dancers to move with confidence, expression, and grace.
